Have you called them to follow up? Each time I've dealt with them, I've 
found them to be helpful and reasonable. I think they have a LOT of 
requests. The onus is really on you to contact them. Give them a call. I 
think if you go out of your way to clearly state your case, you'll find 
they aren't so bad and they will give you what you need.
