Someone already posted a response to this, BUT so you hear it from me
please follow these simple procedures for security incidents:
For LIVE incidents, or DoS attacks which are currently
underway:
1) Call 1-800-900-0241, options 2,3,1
or 703-206-5440 options 2,3,1
2) Ask for a Router Security Engineer.
3) Have your customer information available including:
customer number and security POC name/email
For mass-mail/news-abuse/logged hacking activity
1) Mail your complaint into 'abuse@uu.net'
