Have you checked your cigarette tobacco lately?  It seems to be a greenish
color...

The very first sentence in the press release says that access to the ICANN
website server was disrupted.  

As part, no doubt, of the current ICANN/NSI war, NSI says that the hack
attack come from the ISP colocated with ICANN...
