Have to be really careful when assigning IP address to the Route Servers
if they are still connected to the ATM via a cisco router. The RSs,
without its own ATM interfaces, have been connected via a cisco to the
ATM NAP and a proxy-arp-kludge has been used to make it work, which
involves clever ip address assignment.
