Yes and no=2C not anymore.
From Monday to Wed we had bad connectivity from LA to Sacramento=2C but dif=
ferent from your scenario=2C ping had a good latency but package loss was n=
oticeable.=20
After 2 days of phone chattery we managed someone to skip San Jose=2C San F=
rancisco and the whole SF Bay area=2C routing us via Fresno-Modesto to reac=
h Sacramento. Latency increased a bit but overall quality was restored.
So yes=2C somehow I can confirm there's something going on with apparent is=
olated issues on Bay Area=2C specially near San Jose. Seems isolated becaus=
e from what I noticed on phone it was "only me". And now you.
