IPv6 was designed with an expectation of having /48 per geographical site 
and this is perfectly fine.

I have a /48 at home.

What is more of a concern is to do aggregation in the DFZ, if every size 
got itself a /48 PI and announced it in the DFZ then the routing system 
would not be very happy...
