its been a long time since i've done much in the caribbean, but i'd be quite
surprised if the bahamas didn't have some decent amount of terrestrial
connectivity by this time.

back in the day when Cable and Wireless controlled everything, it was a
pretty costly environment to work in.

don't know if that's still the case.
