No, it isn't.

The *actual* end-to-end principle states that whenever possible and wheneve=
r it makes sense, application-specific functionality ought to be incorporat=
ed into end-nodes rather than into intermediary systems.  In the case of LI=
SP, it can be noted that either a) the end-to-end principle has no relevanc=
e, or b) LISP is closer to adherence to the end-to-end principle than the c=
urrent routing system.
