A lot more than just rsync is necessary in order to allow rsync transaction=
s to work.  But, you know this already.

A lot more than just BitTorrent is necessary in order to allow BitTorrent t=
ransactions to work.  But, you know this already.

 work - in this context, I'm specifically referring to routing.
