PCH has this internally, but the AS-to-country mappings are pretty =
fluid, so we don't hand it out without a lot of caveats... Otherwise =
policymakers would take it way more seriously than it should be taken, =
since they love them some rankings.
If people generally think we should publish it every day, we'd be =
willing to, provided we think people are cognizant of the risks of =
policy folks misusing it. Or marketing folks. Or whatever.

current listing for whatever countries you're interested in.
