We did that. In 2003.  And the abuse continued, and got worse.

And so on.

I suggest at least making a perfunctory effort to acquaint yourself with
the long, sordid history of Atrivo/Intercage, and its numerous prior
(and utterly specious) claims of "cooperation" and "reform" before
commenting further.
