Did i mention that Frank does not have a fixed menu? Meaning to say each Frank experience is unique and menu changes every week. But don't worry, the men and women behind frank will leave you absolutely satisfied.
Ok, my review for Frank shall officially start here:
First off, the table that you will be sharing with 17 other people is built by Ben Starr himself. This would be your opening story by Ben, and be thoroughly entertained by him the whole night. When you enter the loft, you will be handed a cocktail to start off, the theme for my dinner is Passion, and everything associated with it, red, hints of spicy, warmth and definely made with love.
The amuse buche was beautifully balanced, on it was a very special garlic which ben and jennie foraged themselves for it.
The Second dish was a salad, with a slice of a very exclusive ingredient - watermelon radish. A piece of housemade cheese aged beautifully for 8 months in Ben's highly secret underground cheese factory.
