My wife and I went to The House for my birthday dinner 19366927 last Thursday, and had a great time. There were a few drawbacks such as the service and noise levels / seating arrangement, but all in all, we had a great experience.
We started with a beverage (beer and wine), and 2 appetizers: Scallops in a Ponzu sauce (on special) and the Crab Cake. We enjoyed both, but were more impressed with the scallops which were prepared perfectly. 19366927 The sauce and veg complimented and made them quite delicious. The crab cake was large and felt like it had a lot of filling (non crab) inside, but it was still tasty, and the sauce was good.
I had the famed Sea Bass with garlic noodles. The bass was cooked perfectly and was very delicious. I kind of liked it simply grilled rather than dipping it in the accompanying sauce, but that's just my preference.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
