I think that if we were to use the "Vest model" of social
problem-solving, then we would end up with three possible
solutions to ending rape at MIT:
1)Banning male students
2)Issuing every female student a .22 pistol on the first
day of Orientation week.
3)Requiring all male students to wear a steel chastity
belt; each female student would be issued a master key.
I like option #2; co-ed dorm life would instantly get
a shot in the arm.
