AFAIK, the bush fund is NOT tied to student funding. in the past
presidents have given the bush fund to student funding, but it is
not part of the original money.
as of 2 years ago, the UA allocated over $200,000 to student groups.
the number may now be higher - I'm not sure.

ps - when/if the numbers of how much goes to the UA and how much
goes to student groups, i would really really love to see how
much goes to the class councils, how much goes to the UA
proper, and how much to student groups.
