You know what sucks???
It sucks, when you finally decide that you want to go out with this person
who has actively been pursuing you, and trying to break down your decision
not to go out with him or anyone else. And then he decides that it isn't
right, and he doesn't want to go out with you after all.
Is it right for someone to decide you are not worth going out with because
you can show them tenderness/affection when you aren't sure that you want to
go out with them. And then once you start showing it, decide that it's too
late...
Just because they have been sure from the beginning that they liked you, and
claim that if they weren't sure, they would show it anyway...
Well, ok. So I lose. But I don't think I was wrong. I think that it was
unfair on his part to go after me, but not give me time to decide. I would
much rather have stayed indifferent to him, if this was to be the outcome.
Should one feel betrayed one someone takes away their affection and friendship,
when they know you trust them not to hurt you? Well, fine.
Once burnt, twice shy. And he had the nerve to ask me if I was going to run
into another relationship, since I had changed my mind about not going out
with anyone till after graduation for him... Well, I'm hurt. And I also
can't believe I just wrote all this to coatrack... Oh well. We're not
always rational...
Anyway, I'd appreciate comments... Especially commiseration. :-)
