Sue confiding to Jeff about Bob doesn't mean she's trying to get Jeff's
attention. If she made a pass at him, *that* was trying to get his attention.
Getting a guy's attention by telling him about another guy chasing you
(especially if they're friends) isn't the greatest introduction.
If guys can't talk to other guys, can Jeff at least ask Sue what she
thinks she's doing? He could also urge her to talk to Bob. (Another thing I'm
not too clear on is why Sue's pass at Jeff is interpreted as a message to Bob.
Hopefully it's a message to Jeff, but that's probably all it is.)
Re "what she looks like": I assume you mean "is Jeff interested."
If not, then what's the problem? Jeff simply doesn't show interest.
He isn't bothered much by the whole thing, unless Sue is a real good friend
and he's concerned about her. If he *is* interested, on the other hand,
well, ask her out. Talk to her.
Has the situation changed any, since this discussion began?
