Yup...my experience probably isn't that useful in this situation, though.
About 2 months ago a side panel of my car was damaged while leaving
Hayward Garage (the decrepit-looking building behind E40). The MIT
insurance office had me get 2 estimates, and then reimbursed me for the
repair costs. ($490 for some paint damage! Yow!) The insurance office
seems to be about the only thing around here that hasn't been reengineered
into the ground...they were helpful and quick.
