I once used a body shop on Second St. in Cambridge, right across from the court house (south of it); they were pretty good. 2) Talk to the dealer. 3) Depending upon how much damage there is, you might not want to file a claim with your insurance company. Talk to your agent; AAA might also have some knowledge about this.
