Hmmm, I know a lot of people like that.  I actually prefer
rainy days, mostly because I love the sound of rain on
windows, and thinking how nice it is to be working inside
where it's dry and warm.  I tend to be a lot more productive
on rainy days.

I get mood swings primarily from hearing either good or
bad news from others.  No good cure for that.
