I agree with mingliu and bcb, although I'd say my worst time was junior
year. That also seems to be the case for most people I know.
Transferring -- that might also be The Right Thing. So might be taking
time off. I know a lot of people who've taken time off (myself included)
-- it's kinda scary, but having time to think things through, to rest your
brain, can be very helpful. (Make sure you don't float away -- a real
danger to those who aren't good at overcoming inertia. Get a degree
somewhere.)
