Sunrise is 5:40 before noon, sunset is 4:35 after noon. This strikes me as wrong. (Of course, daylight savings time would just shove the imbalance in the other direction.) Is it Nova Scotia or Newfoundland that has an "off-by-half-an-hour" time zone?
