Don't give up- you'll run into resistance and apathy all along the way, but
don't give up. If you believe the world is worth changing, go for it...
people aren't going to care, ever, unless they share your vision/dream, but
that doesn't lessen the value of your dream....
when your changes are affected, and people are living better lives, you'll
get no recognition. but who the hell cares? you'll know you made a
difference, and maybe a few others who are quite close to you...
Also, results take time and are often difficult to see over the short term.
