my occasional chiropractor (and retired Superman) recommends one
more morning step besides these (which are all excellent) -- a cup or two
of warm "not hot, not cold, warm" water, very soon after rising each
morning. i agree. it gets important things moving again after a night's
sleep.
i have recently begun following these steps myself (mostly) especially
waking up at the same time each day. i have gone from "comatose til noon"
to "getting things done at 8am" i can't believe it myself hardly.
