Whatever was causing my dizziness etc went away when the fever did, and when
it came back a few hours later, they came back.
The advice about Reye's is very real. Sorry to not mention that.
Now, about fever's, you SHOULD try to keep them down. A fever of 100 is not
too
too significant, but 102 is getting that way. If you have a fever of 105 for
more than a couple of hours and you are under medical supervision, they will
begin doing things like alcohol rubs soon, becasue 105 is where brain damage
starts if the fever is prolonged.
If you have a moderate-high fever (101.5-104 (my scale)), and you are going to
try to get anything done, like go to classes, etc, breaking it will probably
make you a lot happier.
PS - everybody has a different natural temperature, so adjust accordingly.
