I'm not sure if I agree there...
Wee all try to put our best face forward sometimes, and sometimes (usually
among our close friends) we are free to "be ourselves.") So there *is* a
difference between the way we act the what we are. The important distinction
to make is between those two -- when we start to believe that we are the way
we act then we get into a personal crisis when we discover that that is not
the case.
