There's a front-page article in today's NYT about the new 700 `area'
code. It's a personal phone numebr that never changes; when you
arrive at a normal phone, you dial your 700 number and PIN and
the 700 number will then call-forward to the phone from which
you placed the call. (National call-forwarding where you set
the call forwarding from the receiving phone, basically.)
