Possibly... But the hard part *is* figuring out whether it's psychological
or physiological in many cases. And you have psychiatrists that are often
too quick just to give you the drug, which is often the wrong thing to do.
The trick is in finding a psychiatrist who is competent to do the right
thing. If they send you away with drugs after seeing you only once or
twice, I think it's likely they shouldn't be trusted.
