I'll second that opinion. I quit one of my morris teams because the
foreperson would tell me things like "When you did thus-and-such six
months ago, you really upset me and several other people." There were
_several_ instances of this happening. I continually asked her to tell
me these things when they were happening so I could correct them, but
continually got no response. Finally she told me that it was my
responsibility to know that people were upset with things I was doing,
whether any of them brought it to my attention or not.
