I disagree.  It takes great strength to be sensitive in a real, helpful way.
Otherwise, you're just being an ear for people to dump on, perhaps able to
commiserate or just nod and hug, but being super-sensitive will wear you down
eventually.  Strength without sensitivity is just hardness, and life isn't
worth anything because there are walls around your heart.  Rather, strong
sensitivity (the true meaning of 'meek' = strength under control), or being
able to feel without being destroyed emotionally, is attainable.  Going thru
emotional hardships can build strength of character or it can harden our
hearts.
