look at it this way - you're on a 24 hour schedule. That can be a win
sometimes. [... annoyed at myself for crashing just before I was
supposed to go shopping with some friends (I'm on a "run for a while
then crash" schedule - I switch phases weekly); the thing is that this
is the third or fourth time I've screwed up plans for a Saturday
morning trip - and at least one of the people is sufficiently busy
that I only get to see them on weekends. Sigh.]
