I have a very special, possibly the lowest maintenance pet around ...
a smallish cat cast in polymethylmethacrylate, about a 7" cube.
After years of haphazardly breeding cats, many with interesting
uhm, motor and processing problems, my ex, yup ... her name is
Muffin ... my ex gave me and my wife this "pet" as a wedding gift.
I am not allowed to "keep" it in the house, and in fact it is
queued up to go to Maine into long-term stowage soon.
Anyone want to hear the whole story? [It was obtained just dead
from a vet in Bar Harbor on the pretext of being "needed" in
a lab at COA] I think I entered the "whole story" a few years
back in a VooDoo writing contest, but never got any crit on it.
It could easily be interpreted as a 'depressing_thought' matter.
