I'm just reading this now. I had the oportunity to go to the Vest's
dinner on 2/7. I don't really recall what they talked about, but I don't
think it was the same topic. What I remember was that they seemed
incredibly out of place. I wound up feeling sorry for them.
By the Inauguration, they were doing better. But then Vest's speech was
too long. And they had to sit at a table with Ted Kennedy and Bill Weld.
(Maybe I should have felt sorry for them again.)
