seasonal depression

i'm not at all sure if this is the right place, but here goes anyways:
has anyone heard of seasonal depression? i've heard of people getting
depressed during the winter due to lack of sunlight and whatnot, but
as of the last few years, i often get depressed during the Spring.
wierd, huh?
it's not one of these overwhelming depressions -- it's just that every once
in a long while (especially when i'm tired, naturally) it just strikes me
that everything is falling apart.
