You miss the point, because I wasn't explicit enough about it...
I made *special arrangements* for the incomplete. I was told, on the
phone, by my recitation instructor, that the arrangements were
complete and that I would get an incomplete.
I just talked to Ann Hunter, and she says that Roberge would never
have agreed to anything like what my recitation instructor told me.
But it *is* what she told me. So there's a really bad
misunderstanding happening here, and I'm getting scrod by it.
