The important thing is to keep your biological clock fixed; actually,
you need to reset it each morning with a good dose of high intensity
light (which is why I omitted curtains in my study), and not get light
at certain other times, like I think just before you go to bed. This
of course presupposes you stay on roughly the same schedule every day,
which really is a good idea, even if it isn't part of the MIT ethos....
