I don't think it's asthma. I seem to remember a lesson taught by my
high school Phys'ed teacher about excercising in cold weather. He said that
your body needs to heat up the cold air before it enters the lungs to maintain
an internal heated environment. Intense excercise in cold weather can cause
difficulty in breathing because the cold air is cooling your bronchial tubes.
(something like that...)
