The conclusion is obvious, at least it seems so to me. You, by
yourself, are not capable of teaching all those people how to rappel
and then making sure they do it right without flipping out. If the
goal is to remove the footprints from EC, you and a small number of
qualified people should do it. It is unsafe to have so many
inexperienced people doing it without sufficient guidance.
