Sparring practice is always a good release...
My $0.02 (take it with a grain of salt because i'm good at dishing it out,
but not always at following my own advice):
Let it go. Don't dwell on it. Get on with your life. It's hard, i know,
but there isn't much else you can do, now is there?
I don't think that will help any, but i wanted to say something...
Oh yeah, another thing that i found very useful was to find willing ears to
listen to you flame/gripe/let off steam/etc...
