Not only will Allstate not pay for my car ($1500-$2000 damage), but now they
expect me to pay for the other car ($5000 - it was totalled). This is 2
months after the accident - I finally got the letter after numerous phone
calls. Everyone at the scene agreed it was her fault. I've been back thru
the same intersection, from both directions (mine and hers), and am convinced
it was her fault.
Anyone have any lawyer leads?
