take all the exception you want; the chances are good that you take exception because (to a certain extent) this is true of everyone. it is sad that this is true. the basic sentiment isn't sad, but rather it is sad that people often feel they must ahve a SO (and the relationship which, hopefully, accompanies the SO) in order to enjoy erotic pursuits.
