To a certain extent, I think that's too general in that the laws as they
stand don't necessarily apply in that order and also don't
take into account the fact that, in some cases, a large part of the 
problem is not finding someone who is "looking for someone like you," but
is finding someone for whom you are looking.

Of course, I also think that the laws are too specific in that they should 
not rely on the word "she," although, at MIT, at least, it does seem to 
work that way most often if only because of the ratio.  There's "always"
someone looking for someone like you if you're female and at MIT; not
necessarily true if you're male.
