i don't think coming back to the sipb office to have a social life
is weird at all. the university life provides instant social life,
and it is a known quantity that many people who are right out of
school have a hard time developing a satisfactory social life (yeah,
sure, you can hang out with your coworkers; matt groening <of _life in hell_
fame> has lots to say about this). meeting people is hard work.

think about how you meet people and develop a social life at university.
you join groups which do things you're interested in. while it's going
to be a hard time finding a real-life analogue to the SIPB, there are
local sports teams, musical theater workshops, and the like where you
can meet eligible MOTAS (and other fun folks, too).

all you have to do is log out.
