There seems to be a bug in the script, the path is wrong, or
more accurately, not the same as the current reality:

/mit/sipb/decmipsbin/Pnews: /usr/sipb/lib/rrn/decmips/filexp: not found
/mit/sipb/decmipsbin/Pnews: /usr/sipb/lib/rrn/decmips/filexp: not found
/mit/sipb/decmipsbin/Pnews: /Pnews.header: not found
Where as the appropriate frobs appear to really be in:
BIG-SCREW.MIT.EDU% pwd
/afs/athena.mit.edu/contrib/sipb/lib/rrn/mips
