xdsc and meeting names with spaces

Just to get this on the record: The current version of xdiscuss does
not requote the meeting names when starting up xterm (for entering
transactions), so when people choose losing primary meeting names with
spaces (like "Athena Software Suggestions"), xdiscuss cannot be used
to reply to transactions. The next version should be handling
transaction input within the program, so this will be a non-issue.
With the "discuss program, you'd also have to type something like:
go "Athena Software Suggestions"
(if it weren't for shorter add-names).
(Thus my earlier suggestion that mkds complain about such names.)
