I don't know where these files came from, and don't know if we have
everything that they need to work installed as well. If we do, they
should be copied into ~sipbsrc/src/tex/local-style.
I think Andre got this; psfig.tex is also part of the dvitps that I plan
to put in sipbsrc this week so it will be remade that way if no other.
quiet.sty
These files look like they should be in local-style. Some of them
could use comments telling who wrote them/from where they were
obtained.
I wrote this one and will comment it and copy it.
I believe that .fmt and .pool files are now stored in different
directories than /usr/sipb/lib/tex/macros, so these should be deleted.
/usr/sipb/lib/tex/ seems to have the necessary $(machtype){fmt,pool}
directories.
