I am having a problem with chat

I was using the chat program when it kicked me off saying, "Chatmaster died."
Every time I have tried to run it sincew I get an error message which states,
"couldn't join game." Now I have tried it once more and it told me that it
"couldn't connect to gameserver." This happened once before and someone
fixed it. If it is easy to fix, please tell me how and I will do it next
time instead of pestering you guys or olc. Thanks a lot.
