SIPB xscreensaver name change

In an effort to reduce the number of gratuitous differences between
Athena and stock Red Hat (and to a much lesser extent, stock Solaris),
the Athena 9.2 release will attempt to use native binary builds of
most GNOME 2.2 software. This means trying to keep local
modifications to a minimum.

One of the broader local modifications we made to the GNOME 1.4
software was changing several packages to run "xss" instead of
"xscreensaver". We do not plan to make the same change in GNOME 2.2.
This means:

  * Athena 9.2 will almost certainly include a
/usr/athena/bin/xscreensaver. (There will of course be symlinks
    for xss, xss-command, etc.)

  * We would like SIPB to change the name of the sipb locker
xscreensaver to something else, before July 1, so that people who
"add -f sipb" will not lose (probably in minor ways) when GNOME
software attempts to run "xscreensaver" and gets the SIPB
    xscreensaver.

If there is silence (or rough consensus) over the next week or so, I
will exercise my sipb-acl bits and implement my own request on the
following approximate schedule:

March 15: Rename xscreensaver to sipb-xscreensaver on Linux. Create
a script "xscreensaver" for Linux which spews a note about the name
  change and runs sipb-xscreensaver.

May 15: Change the Linux xscreensaver script so that it spews a note
  and does not run sipb-xscreensaver.

June 15: Remove the Linux xscreensaver script, as well as the
Solaris and IRIX "xscreensaver doesn't work here" scripts.
