help with mutt

i'm using mutt and i really like it but i have a couple questions:
1) how can i change the color: i'd rather have it use my current terminal color scheme because dark gray on black is difficult to read
2) how can i change the email composition to just re-use the same terminal windo rather than popping up emacs... ideally emacs within the terminal window for speed reasons... no point in popping up a emacs window for each mail...
3) how do auto reply-all?
