pstoedit is broken on my machine (barrowes.mit.edu).
I get a ghostscript error when running it with no GS set in the environment.
I get an seg fault at output time when I set GS /usr/bin/gs
Upon downloading and compiling a newer version (3.32) of pstoedit,
things worked OK.
